The order was filled quickly and the counter girl was polite in providing service. However, the loaded fries was supposed to have sour cream and chives, the received food had no sour cream and used green onion instead of chives! And, the original fries was supposed to have a small Chalet source, none was given! Don’t know what’s wrong with the kitchen staff who packed the food today! 😡

We had a large group of 12 and she managed very well, being attentive, courteous. She is a very hard working young girl. The chicken was pretty good. We ordered the dinner for 2 with app and dessert. The appetizer or starter of spring rolls, however, was the worst ever! I didn't even know it was supposed to be chicken spring rolls. I had the same combo several times before with the same spring rolls we ordered at other Swiss Chalet, never be so bad. You could tell they were pretty stale. Despite this setback which I hope is one off, I still recommend this location for the service, atmosphere and ease of parking. Kudos to Irving. Merry Christmas.
