  Rosa was our server and she was magnificent! Served our food in a timely manner with a warm welcoming, and not to mention the food was amazing quality!! Great bang for your buck. :) Rosa is the best!!

  I stopped by the Swiss Chalet near Maryville Mall for dinner recently and had a really pleasant experience. It's always reassuring when a familiar restaurant delivers exactly what you're craving. I ordered the classic quarter-chicken dinner, and it was perfect. The chicken was rotisserie-cooked to perfection—juicy on the inside with that signature crispy, seasoned skin. It paired perfectly with a fresh, warm bun and their famous chalet sauce, which is as addictive as ever . A friend with me has celiac disease and was thrilled to see their clearly marked gluten-free options, and the staff were very accommodating in ensuring their meal was prepared safely . The service really stood out. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks were always topped up without being intrusive. It's that kind of warm, efficient service that makes you want to come back . The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, making for a comfortable and relaxing meal .

  We tried dining in a few weeks ago around 7:45pm and was told we weren’t allowed to dine in because they were closing at 9pm, hence why I was initially hesitant about coming here again. Thanks to Rosa our server, it completely changed my first experience! She was very thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure our dinner went well. Everything from food handling, down to asking if we wanted drink refills, her attention to detail was amazing. If she isn’t a manager yet, I’d highly consider her as one as she was fantastic. Thanks Rosa!

  We go to this location on a regular basis and food portions and quality are always great. Service is fast and friendly - Jade was attentive and checked periodically to make sure our drinks were filled and had everything we needed.

  Kajol our server was super quick, responsive and polite. The restaurant's even had the Canada vs Finland men’s Olympic hockey game on all the televisions and all the patrons seemed to be watching the game which created a great atmosphere.
