They’re quick, they’re organized, and they always give solid recommendations when I’m deciding what to order. Food is ready fast and the service is always on point. One of the better takeout experiences around.

Our appetizers sent shortly after but were obviously very overcooked. We had to remind our server that the special involved a slice of pie. We eventually got the pie that was so nuked that the bottom of the pie was inedible. On top of this the waitress was virtually invisible for most of our visit.

From the moment we were seated, Jade made us feel welcome and comfortable. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and had such a fun, bubbly personality that truly made our visit memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, checking in at just the right times and making us feel like valued guests. The food was great, and of course, the classic Swiss Chalet sauce was fabulous as always. What really stood out, though, was Jade’s exceptional service. If you’re reading this, Jade, just know that Swiss Chalet is lucky to have you. You are truly one of their biggest assets. My entire group absolutely loved you, and we will be coming back to this location specifically because of the amazing experience you gave us.
