Ordered 2 Footlong subs (Buy 1 get 1 for $2 Deal) using Subway app. When I got there 1 employee was attending to customer, the other guy just talking on cell phone and hiding inside. I can see my subs were already made and packaged. He saw me but kept talking on his cell phone. I waited for 8 minutes before anyone could help me, then they gave me my order and something felt weird. I looked in the bag and it was 1 footlong, and 1 six-inch sub. I went back and complained and the guy immediately started making another 6-inch sub to compensate for giving me only half of the footlong i ordered. He knew exactly what kind of sub he needed to make without looking at my subs to see which one was the 6-inch because i ordered 2 different types of subs. That means he did it on PURPOSE — giving me only 6-inch when I clearly ordered 2 footlongs. Even the reciept CLEARLY shows 12” so there is no way he could mistake it as only 6-inch. To add insult to injury, the steak and cheese sub was abysmal, he totally skimped on the steak and there is hardly any steak. See the photos. Slow, Bad service, horribly made subs skimping on meat, the WORST experience .. I don’t buy subway too often and I will NEVER come to this LOCATION again.

I’ve always found ordering at Subway a bit confusing—especially when it comes to choosing the right mix of meats, vegetables, and sauces—but Soltan patiently guided me through the options and shared his thoughtful suggestions. Thanks to his kindness and expertise, I ended up with one of the best subs I’ve ever had! His friendly attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers truly made my day.
