Ordered at 12:30 am for delivery and received a call shortly after saying they didn't have a driver so I was told I would need to come pick up instead. It happens. When arriving there, there was only one person working and she was busy cleaning the floors. So as I waited for her to noticed me, I noticed my food had come out of the conveyor belt oven and was just sitting there, for how long unsure. When the staff finally noticed me waiting there was a discussion as to how long it was sitting there, and the only recourse was "I can push it back in to heat it up." When it came to paying, they are now charging 2.5% for credit card transactions. I asked if this was new, which she brushed off as no, and the machines charges it. Taking the food, the food was nuke warm, and I had paid for extra cheese, which there wasn't. The wings were mushy and soggy. This locations has deteriorated immensely.

Just had the worst pizza I’ve ever had it wasn’t even hot when it came out of the oven, had barely any toppings, and was completely dry with almost no sauce. Extremely disappointing quality and not what you’d expect from Papa John’s. Won’t be ordering here again.

They arrived 60min later, which was very slow, and when they arrived, the pizzas were barely warm. We will not order delivery from this location again.
