  The kiosk is not working properly with payment of orders. Other than that, everything is ok

  The worst mcdonalds. Consistently gets order wrong or misplaced. Mobile orders for pick up and you go through drive through is never ready so you have to park and then you're there for half hour waiting bc they cant find your order. Happened 3 times in a row before I finally made this review.

  Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. Came in around 5:30 AM and the place looked like a trash dump. Garbage bins overflowing from the night before, trash everywhere, and a Big Mac box just sitting there. This restaurant was clearly not cleaned at all. Let’s be real — if the dining area is this filthy, the kitchen is probably even worse. That’s beyond unacceptable for a food business and honestly a health risk. This is 100% on lazy, incompetent management. I tried to speak to the manager and she ignored me, then had the nerve to whisper “it’s none of your business.” Excuse me? Cleanliness in a restaurant is EXACTLY the customer’s business. Dirty restaurant, rude manager, zero professionalism, zero standards. This place is being run like a joke. McDonald’s should be ashamed of whoever is in charge here

  Lady that works the night shift is so rude. I meant to order a drink with no ice and even apologized for the mistake, and she scorns me, the customer even still! Train your staff better.

  Ordered some breakfast to the hospital after a long night at the birthing ward. Asked the new mother what she wanted and she has mentioned hotcake so okay alright we place the order. While placing the order I noticed that hotcakes on their own was there but seemingly greyed out, I searched for it and it gave me the option to add to order so I did so...while trying to checkout it said the item is no longer available...seemingly like they ran out or something. Weird cause it still allows any hotcake meal to be ordered, strange they didn't run out when it means more $ being brought in as it's tied to extra items not really wanted. Delivery shows up and it was great, rest of the order was great...but we noticed the hotcakes don't live up to McDonald's own freshness/food safety standards. As you can see in the picture, McDonald's stock shows the hotcakes were prepped Nov 27 and to enjoy by Nov 29. Likely took the hotcakes out the freezer on the 27 and packaged and refrigerated which has it's rightful shelf life before it's supposed to be thrown out. My order was after that date. "Great job delivering a kid, here are some stale pancakes that don't live up to McDonald's Canada's own standards and hopefully you don't get sick."
