  Had to wait 15 minutes for a double quarter pounder after going in the drive thru and being told to wait at the front of the store. Then after I got my food they left out a cheeseburger I had added on. Unbelievable… truly incompetent people working there.

  Forgot junior chicken in order but didnt question, gave us the junior chicken when I went back and offered a mcflurry. I didnt get his name but honestly just made my bad day better.

  This McDonald’s is really messed up and needs serious changes. This place is slow and completely unorganized. All they do is accept orders and mark them as completed, but they never get the food ready on time. It is never ready when it says it is, and it is honestly ridiculous. The food quality is poor, the service is bad, and the whole place is a mess. I do DoorDash pickups regularly, and this location is one of the worst for wasting time. Every single time I come here it is the same problem waiting forever, no urgency, no communication, and staff acting like they don’t care. Today alone, I picked up 5–6 orders in the morning with no problems, but then during the evening shift, the manager stopped me and asked me to “confirm” the pickup before taking it. DoorDash does not require this, it is not listed in the app, and even DoorDash confirmed that drivers do not have to do this. It felt completely unnecessary and disrespectful. The funniest part? They know me at this place. I am there all the time, everyone has seen me picking up orders, and they know I am not there to cause problems. Just because other people cause issues does not mean every driver should be treated like they are doing something wrong. That is extremely disrespectful. We also need to stop hiring adults at this McDonald’s. This job is made for high school kids adults need a better job than working here. Especially at this location, all these older people are working, and it shows. This is easily the worst McDonald’s ever. If you are going to work in customer service, act like it. Today was the last time I am coming here I am done with this location. I’m a DoorDash driver and I regularly pick up from your location. Unfortunately, this McDonald’s has consistently been extremely slow, unorganized, and disrespectful toward delivery drivers. Orders are frequently marked as completed or ready when they are not, which causes unnecessary delays and impacts drivers financially. Today I picked up 5–6 orders from this location earlier in the day without issue. However, during the evening shift, the shift manager stopped me and demanded I “confirm” the pickup before taking the order. This is not listed as a DoorDash requirement in the app, and DoorDash has stated that drivers are not required to do this. It felt unnecessary and disrespectful, especially since staff at this location recognize me and I have a consistent history of pickups here. This location needs improvement in organization, pickup procedures, and staff professionalism. I will no longer be picking up or ordering from this store unless changes are made.

  I usually visit this mcd after my work as its the nearest coffee place. I am visiting this specific branch since an year now . Before i use to visit it in the morning 6am right when it opens and my order is usually same decaf coffee or the normal coffee large size with 1 cream and 2 milk. With burger sometimes poutine. The poutine there is rarely hot. They always serve it cold. But long story short in the morning the same coffee i use to order is hot as i have complained it to the people working in morning and she is such a good person she always used to provide hot coffee and sometimes even offered to microwave it to the level of hot i want. However now my work timings changed since 3 4 months and i order same coffee but doesnt matter the time whenever i order it that coffee is always cold. I tried complaining to few different people there and they always say its cold due to 1 cream and 2 milk BUT, can anyone from that place explain why its hot in the morning but not the other way around. They dont even microwave it even after asking and telling them its the same place i am ordering coffee from since a year and the morning people does it. In winter if you are not getting hot coffee than in my opinion its a waste of money. Its better i would drink iced coffee. After complaining multiple times i am writing this review as i am so disappointed with how they deal with customers and prepare food. Tim hortons make same coffee and no matter what its always hot. I will never recommend this mcd. For me its waste of time and efforts to even go there and argue with them at this point.
