  My favorite kfc location. They make the food properly and have great staff. They aren't the quickest, but they do their best. The drive thru design isn't the best, weird curve, but otherwise no complaints. I always use the app to order and there's always some decent deals. My favorite dishes are their poutine, twister wraps, and chicken. I tried their chilli oil menu and it was good, but I was not expecting it to be that spicy, never had a single kfc item that was spicy until now, couldn't finish it!

  I have visited and ordered from this KFC location several times before. Unfortunately, the customer service I received today was unacceptable. The Indian lady, who appeared to be in her 30s, had treated me with horrible customer service. I noticed a poster at the front of the store advertising the exclusive “chilli crunch” menu and was interested in trying it. When I asked to order it, she responded with a rude attitude while taking my order. Her tone was dismissive, and her body language, which included leaning her head forward multiple times and giving what appeared to be a disgusted look, made me really uncomfortable. I really hope no other customers have experienced this, and I hope the lady improves her etiquette when treating customers. From my experience, I hope the employer advises the employee to be more kind or at least hire people who have decent customer service. On a side note, the food was good.

  Fast and quick service, chicken was delicious it was juicy, fresh and crispy, the staffs were really nice, would love giving this place a visit again,

  Extremely poor service. Will not be returning. Approached the counter when my mobile order said it was ready, only to be given the wrong order. Was told it was still in progress, waited for 10 mins at the counter. Finally someone new inquires for my name, lo and behold, it has been ready this whole time just sitting under the counter. Napkins kept behind the counter. Why? Have to ask 3 times for napkins. Insane. My 4 year old with thirsty, she does not drink pop. Asked for a cup for the tap water at the fountain; was told it would be 1.50$. A fast food establishment that does not even provide good will for tap water. What a cheap owner. Will not be returning. Also contacted corporate. They need to know why they are losing customers. Franchises like this need to be shutdown if they care about their reputation.
