  I ordered six sliders, French fries, and a Pepsi on 28th February evening. It was a simple order, yet I had to wait approximately 40–50 minutes to receive it. During this time, several customers who ordered after me were served before I was. When I inquired about the delay, I was informed that they did not have chicken tenders available. If certain menu items were unavailable, I believe the staff should have informed me before accepting my order. It is not fair to customers to wait such a long time only to be told there is a stock issue. Additionally, the service was disappointing in other ways. When I asked for ketchup, I was given only two small packets for the entire meal by duty manager. The staff were not polite when I raised concerns. Since I was dining in with my child, I requested paper plates but was told they were unavailable, and we had to manage using the paper bags instead. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and far below the level of service I would expect from KFC.

  Thank you to Faye (Manager on duty) at this KFC location for her service! She was very helpful and provided good suggestions for combos. We will definitely come to this location again.

  I had a great experience at KFC! The chicken was crispy , just the way it should be. The staff were friendly and the service was quick and organized. The restaurant was clean and comfortable as well. It has a big parking lot.Definitely one of my favorite places for a tasty and satisfying meal!

  Tried this location after its rebuild. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. They clear the orders off their system before they're ready so their service times look good, but that creates a mess as they're trying to work off of paper receipts that are NOT in order - first in, first out. There is a lot of activity in the kitchen area, but somehow they don't put up orders quickly. One later that was here before me wait 50 mins for their order. I'm waiting for over 30 minutes as I type this. Probably the worst KFC experience I've ever witnessed. Even the old restaurant was better.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC today. My order number was 290, and I waited for a long time (around 20 minutes) without being called. During that time, I noticed that customers with later numbers, including 291 and 294, received their orders before me. When I went to ask, the staff member realized that my order had been missed, but there was no apology at all, which was quite frustrating. After that, I had to wait another 15 minutes for my food. On top of that, the store was extremely cold. It was already around -30°C outside, and inside the restaurant everyone was still wearing their winter coats. This made the waiting experience even worse. Finally, when I got home, I realized that although I selected sauces with my takeout order, none of the sauces were included. Overall, poor order management, lack of basic customer service, and an uncomfortable environment. Very disappointed.
