This KFC is an absolute disgrace why renovate and still serve burnt crap to customers. I called to complain lady told me to drive back mocking me on the phone , hwy 7 9th line at gas station 100 times better ! Garbage ownership crying over 12 burnt pc of chicken

Came in Saturday night, only 3 employees for the whole store. Waited 50 mins for 6 pieces of chicken, so did everyone else before me. Messing up all the orders, and when confronted was returned with terrible attitude. Should've kept this place closed

My name is Jaine and I was honestly skeptical coming in because I looked at the reviews online beforehand and they weren’t great but I was very pleased with what I experienced. There were only two girls working and they handled it really well. One of them I assume was African American and the other looked Asian maybe Chinese or Filipino and honestly they did amazing. The Black girl took my order and I have a really bad speech impediment yet she was very patient and positive the entire time and helped me understand some of the products I didn’t know even though the store was very busy. It’s clearly not the store that’s the problem and maybe some people had a bad experience with one worker but that doesn’t mean the whole place is bad. Those two did an amazing job and they are the reason I’ll keep coming back I just wish I got their names or could’ve tipped them.

Ordered food online on Dec 22 for a delivery on Dec. 24 at 6:30 pm. I visit the store at 2 pm on the 24th to confirm my order and to ensure that the delivery will be there at the scheduled time. I was hosting 15 people at my home for my annual KFC NIGHT dinner. The manager on duty reassures me that it will be delivered on time . Delivery does not arrive at 6:30. After multiple attempts to call the store, somebody picks up the phone at 7:05 and tells me that there are no delivery drivers to deliver my food . The only way I could get my food is if I drove to the store and pick it up. I arrive at the store. No manager in sight ( likely hiding ). I respectively share my frustration with the teenagers working behind the counter ( its not their fault ) . I leave with my food . I was still billed for a $5.00 delivery fee & a $20.00 tip for the delivery driver. That wasnt reimbursed and nothing was said except a hollow apology from a part time employee.
You would expect more from KFC when the manager assures you that the delivery will go as planned. If I didn't call the store and get someone on the line, my food would still be there. The store didn't have the decency to call me and tell me that delivery wasnt going to happen . You would expect more from a company like this.
Anyways , lesson learned . Lets see if KFC addresses this situation and tries to rectify their mistakes.

Brand new KFC! Beautiful layout with a brightly lit store. The washroom was very clean. There are terminals for ordering. Lots of seating area. The day of my visit, the online ordering service wasn't working. The staff were nice and friendly and understood the online situation, and I was able to use my coupon. I got lots of ketchup packets without asking. The parking lot was still being worked on. I will definitely visit this location again in the future instead of the gas station location. The chicken tasted good when served hot.
