Absolutely terrible service. The cashier had such a bad attitude you’d think helping customers was a personal insult to him. When I ordered a sandwich combo, he didn’t even bother to ask what side I wanted or what sauce I preferred—just slapped the order together like he couldn’t care less.
When I went back to fix their mistake, the lady who “helped” me was just as rude. It honestly felt like they were going out of their way to make the experience miserable.
If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on customers. Don’t ruin someone else’s day because you can’t handle doing the bare minimum.

Horrible i understand how the google review said it’s horrible. Waited 10 mins - 15 mins just for two sliders (not lunch or dinner time). I did mobile order and they just neglect all the mobile orders customers. Then just closed the mobile order if you think it’s a burden to you. Just kept taking order without telling customer the wait. Kept asking customers to wait aside without handling the order. Heard that they are giving inaccurate orders to other customers, check before you go.

It took 30 minutes to get my order, and the teenager working as a cashier didn't give a damn. He didn't even bother asking if I wanted my chicken sandwich spicy or not. I asked for spicy and didn't get it. I wish he had told me the ice machine didn't work so I wouldn't have ordered the drink.
They need to hire more people.

Worst KFC I ever visited, cold and soggy fries, chicken has no taste at all, she gave me the wrong order. Drink tastes like water and no ice. What happened to the KFC??? Very disappointed and would never return. Stay away from this place. Such a waste of money. Staff was talking in their own language, has no respect to the customers. Highly disappointed.

Horrible location at the MARKVILLE mall food court KFC and this is in the first time unfortunately. The customer service here is absolutely horrible. You practically have to beg someone to check if your order is ready and they make you feel like they’re doing you a huge favour. They treat mobile orders like the scum of the Earth And on a previous order, they told me my pick up time was one hour after when I placed my order on the phone. I’ve let all of that go thinking maybe it’s a one time thing.
We’ve let smaller things go before but this time it is way beyond my capacity to tolerate so we ordered four zinger twister wraps and they had a six piece free chicken deal that you could avail if you had a $15 minimum order which we did. when I came for pick up almost an hour later it wasn’t ready. He said he had tried calling us because what we wanted they didn’t have so he said that this location doesn’t have six piece chicken. How does that work?! and then he said this location doesn’t have zinger twister wraps so what he was gonna do is use smaller wraps to create a big twister zinger or fried pieces to create a bigger piece if I was OK with that and I said no that’s OK. Can I just get a refund and he went to the back and came back a second later and he’s like you know what we’re gonna make it. Soo my understanding was that it was going to be made properly. I already gave in that they don’t have six piece chicken thinking that maybe they ran out right now and that they would give me a six piece tenders instead, so that is one exception that I already made and then when they when I got home and looked in my bag, the wraps were circular. They were falling apart. I’ve attached a picture below where there’s two small tortillas joining together with pieces of cut up like zinger burger, patties, and the biggest slice of tomato?! And like just looks like they have no idea what they’re doing or this isn’t an international level fast food restaurant so super disappointed, not coming back to this location and really didn’t appreciate all the deceit. Also, when I called the location to ask them about the situation, they said that this was in fact how twister wraps are made they do cut up pieces of chicken to put it like that and they do join two smaller tortillas to create a long wrap and when I told him I’ve had the twister wrap before he said oh you can talk to our manager in the morning about it if you can call him in the morning but he’s usually really busy so you might have to call a couple times or something and I was like no this you need to ask your manager to call me And he said I’m not sure if he’ll be able to call you. I’ve added it to the list of things very unprofessional this is not how you run a business. Other locations are not like this so I know it’s not KFC has a whole but this location management really needs to figure it stuff out because this was truly disappointing. I also bought this home to my family and we had to Uber eats something else altogether because this was not edible. There was no way that wrap was staying put together enough to be consumed.
