I've been at this location before and each time I visit the employees are greeting customers and are friendly. The Manager Lou is an incredibly hard working person. She is fast, speaks nice to her staff and is always willing to help customers. I love when she is working when I'm there as I know she will provide awesome service. There are very few people who can manage many tasks at one time and I see she does that. Lou is committed to her store. Harvey's should be grateful to have her on their team!!

The staff ladies are super friendly, giving customers there a warm welcome. I'm willing to go there once again to try other burgers, especially their brewed coffee, perfect with the cold weather.
