  Most staff are nice but a few specifically took my order, made a mistake and very obviously acted like that shit was my fault

  I ordered takeout, but there were no utensils or napkins included. Am I supposed to eat this with my hands? Do I have to drive 10 minutes back just to get a fork and knife? It’s disappointing that such a basic need was overlooked. I expect better service quality. Right now, I’m at work—how am I supposed to leave and go get it?

  Horrible experience here at this chipotle. The workers were incredibly stingy with the food. The two workers were literally putting half a serving of beans, lettuce, corn etc. I had to ask for extra amount to get a normal amount that I get from other chipotle. I order a drink and the lady literally throws it into the bag, and continues talking to her coworker in her foreign language. Never coming back to this dumpster fire of a chipotle. Rude employee

  Whoever thought of putting salad UNDER a burrito bowl needs to be reassessed. This was the first issue. Second, I don't know if chipotle has been rationing now but my "scoop" of chicken was not a scoop. It wasn't even lined up with the scooper they used. I asked the person to at least fill the scoop to the top but his response was "it needs to be under the line or we charge you double" okay fine. Next I asked for LITTLE (half spoon) hot sauce but proceeds to put a full spoon when I told him it was too much, he had a confused face and said "don't worry it's not hot you can handle it". Luckily my spice tolerance is high. Additionally the queso and steaks didn't look appealing as it looked like it was sitting out too long drying out. The dining area was messy, unkept and not cleaned up. I decided just to take out my food and go somewhere else. I don't know what happened to this location but it used to be good. I had a worse experience at another chipotle but now this is probably the worst I've been. Most likely not coming back here and going to another location after this sour taste in my mouth. Chipotle woodbine, you used to be good. Now so much now.

  I’ll never usually complain but I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life here, completely ruined my day leaving me completely triggered. I came here at 7:40pm on Saturday Feb 7. I ordered a bowl with Carne Asada which was at a premium cost and the guy scooping my bowl gave me barely any rice, I come often and I’ve never seen scoops so small, and I saw him deliberately give me less meat than other customers. This is completely ridiculous and I strongly urge the manager or owner to retrain their staff who’s working that shift because this is unacceptable. I see other poor reviews on here so this is clearly a reoccurring issue… please do something about this… to top it off, the lady who scooped my partners bowl accidentally put sour cream on hers when she didn’t ask for any. While she did remake the bowl right away, I was so shook when she threw the other bowl in the garbage right in front of me, wasting all the good food&meat still inside… this made me sick to my stomach I don’t know what you guys teach your staff but wasting food like that is insane, while at the same time being stingy with the amount of food they give to customers is repulsive… what a triggering and disgusting experience…
