  The food will always be good at Chipotle however, this location you need to be careful. They cut your portion sizes small and will charge you extra for things you didn’t get. I didn’t get Guacamole, yet there tried sneaking a charge. The first time it happened, I thought mistakes happen. However I’ve now gone 3 times and it’s happened all 3 times. Be careful everyone.

  If I could give zero stars I would. They didn't have brown rice and it's 6 pm on a Saturday night?? Also,the meat portions are skimpy and the staff do not care about the sanitary conditions. The staff need to be trained according to Canadian health and safety standards. Shame on Chipotle, you once had good food and service.

  I have been a customer of this location for the last 4 years. The quality has dropped drastically Was there to pickup some take out .the quantities in the bar were low and the server was barely scraping what he had left. While he tell me they had a busy night and resumes to make the order with barely any ingredients . I refused my order I had to complain to the manager which refused to give her name and gave me attitudefor the wrong doing if her servers .and now was willing to top off the order knowing the quantities of the ingredients were insufficient....did not take it. Last time I will visit this location

  Very disappointed with my recent experience here at this location. I was there to get a chicken bowl but when I went to pay the female worker, demanded that I ordered double chicken (which I didn’t.) I could barely eat a full bowl. She said many times that I said double chicken but I only said chicken. She then demanded I get to the back of the line and re ordered my whole bowl. Which is not only a waste of my time but was also very embarrassing - especially for a mistake that wasn’t mine. And also such a waste of food!!! I couldn’t even eat after because I was so embarrassed and disgusted. Very disappointing.

  not very happy with my recent experience with chipotle. Regardless, this is the second time this has happened at this location. They do not add enough protein mainly because they are low on supply. Every time I come here, they barely have any meat available for customers. Today the woman gave me basically half of a scoop of chicken because they didn’t have any left. Another thing that really upset me was if you’re having me pay extra for guacamole why are you only giving me such a little amount for $2.50? My bowl was very watery and lacked flavour. The place itself was somewhat tidy, but garbage bins were overflowing.
