  Purchased 3 tacos, 2 soft and one hard taco. Walked from store to my car to eat in car direct. I was working. The tacos were soggy, falling apart and dripping. Chicken was cold! I had a fork so ate the inside. Threw some away! So disappointed will not come back!

  I have the unfortunate habit of eating out at chipotle a lot, and when I found out they would open a new location closer to home and near my gym I was excited to finally be able to have it so easily available. Unfortunately this location is by far one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. I had thought it was just some growing pains being a new location, but in the months since it’s opened quality and service has only gotten worse. I’ve come consistently at least once or twice a month and they are constantly running out of proteins and fajitas. It’s come to the point I’ve walked in many times to see a line of people waiting for the steak or chicken to be cooked. I went in today to see the grill standing with nothing to do despite the fact that half of the proteins and fajitas were all out. When I asked if I could get some fajitas the server told me there’s no point in waiting as it’s going to take a long time when I know it usually takes the grill about 5 -10 minutes which I was wiling to wait for but she continued to tell me there’s no point in waiting and to just move on. The inefficiency of the team here is also seen when there are online orders and delivery drivers, every time I’ve seen an online order or delivery driver there has always been a queue of drivers or online order makers waiting a long time. It’s constantly running like it’s the busiest location when in reality it’s one of the least busiest locations I’ve been to. Again this could be a result of being a new location, but it has been months and it doesn’t seem like anything has changed. It’s been a few years since I worked in a chipotle but to my knowledge your supposed to call out when something is almost finished so the grill and hot bar can be ready to fire up something when it’s needed, never once have I heard anyone call out when something is running out and I keep seeing things run out when i walk in. To my memory your also supposed to adjust when you make something, in the off chance that there is steak or the special beef on offer recently it’s almost always dry and cold because they’ve made too much. The chips I received today were also almost all cracked small pieces with most of them stuck together, and under seasoned. Again this is understandable in the first few months of opening but not many months after.

  I ordered here multiple times and its hit or miss. Most of the times it was not good 🤮.
