Nobody is taking orders for people lined up inside the store. They take one person's order and then go away to work on the line. 2 minutes later, they come back and take another order. I was in line for 15 minutes before I reached the front of the line. The mobile app wouldn't even let me send in my order. They must have put in a delay for that too. They need more staff. The owner should not be such a cheapskate.
