- CCChris C6 days ago1.0I had a very frustrating experience at this Dairy Queen today. I was waiting in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes just to pick up a SkipTheDishes order, which is completely unacceptable. the wait was so long that the car at the pickup window had turned off their ignition. When I finally got to the window, a staff member named Keeta was incredibly rude. She told us that if we wanted ice cream and didn't want to wait, we should have come inside. There was no apology for the delay—just a dismissive, rude and unprofessional attitude. I called the store but the employee hung up the first time claiming they were not able to hear me. Second time i called and asked for the reason for the delay. There was no explanation or apology for the reason why someone would have to wait 10+ mins at the pickup window. I am very disappointed with how this was handled.

This is a chocolate brownie extreme, the most vanilla blizzard I've gotten from a dairy queen. Extremely disappointed with my experience at this dairy queen location. Also got a hot fudge sundae here again, basically just a vanilla cone with a few drops of fudge. Avoid this location.
