This is by far the worst location with the worst slowest workers…I’m not sure how they’re still working there when they’re incapable of simply putting a plate together. You have to constantly keep on asking them for more because they barely put anything on your plate. They overcharged a person in front of us, for the next customer they couldn’t finish taking their payment and just left doing their own thing while the customer is waiting. It took them so long just to serve one customer, so the line just kept getting longer and longer. They can simply stop talking to you or taking your order and start minding their own business…absolutely unacceptable service…This place falls far below the standards we should expect in this country.

Service was excellent, I ordered for pick up and it was ready on time.
The problem I had was with the guacamole that I paid extra for. Why are you serving Brown guacamole?? If I’m paying three dollars for an avocado, I don’t want it to be brown.
I also didn’t find the Sofritos to be flavourful, the quality has definitely gone down.
Food is mediocre, this chipotle has seen better days in terms of quality of food.
My complaint is that I watched the worker make my bowl, I ordered online and I could see her do a scoop and then talk to her coworker. At first it was fine, it was before the estimated time for my order to be complete so I waited. And then she finished the 2 bowls right on time and I asked her “hi is my order finished” and she looked me in the eye and said “yes just let me pack it in the bag” and then she proceeded to turn around and get in a relaxed stance and talk to her coworker for 2 minutes. It wasn’t until I attempted to talk to her again did she turn around and start bagging my order. Normally it’s fine if I wait an extra 2 minutes, I don’t mind but if it’s in my face that my order is right there, completed, why are you purposely making me wait when bagging it takes less than 10 seconds.
Be mindful of peoples time and do your work before you stop and gossip.

I came in on my lunch break to order four tacos and not only did I get barely no protein, they were all covered in soggy tomato salsa and the most watery sour cream I’ve ever seen. I understand lunch rush can be a hassle, but if I’m paying $37 for FOUR tacos, I Atleast want something that is edible. Took two bites and threw everything out because of how disgusting it was. I didn’t even have time to come back and get a receipt because I was already in a rush to get back to work. Server was just as rude and did not care about what she was giving to the customer. It’s one thing to be overwhelmed during rush, but it’s also pretty impossible to mess something up that is already premade. Worst experience at a chipotle, never had such bad quality food in my life.
I have been going to Chipotle for years and usually the experience is great but tonight was one of the worst, if not the worst experience I have had at any Chipotle.
I walked in at about 7:15pm to order a single bowl for takeout and there was a bit of a line for Thursday night, but that is fine. When I got in line there were about 15 people ahead of me. 15 minutes later however, the lineup had barely moved a few steps, and it had also doubled and started to go out the door.
When it got close to my turn for ordering, I noticed that the staff looked very chaotic, and inefficient.. Everyone looked frazzled and didn't know how to handle the rush.. and there was only 1 or 2 people taking everyone's orders down the line.
Ingredients were near empty when it got to my turn to order, including both black and pinto beans, steak, cheese, and maybe some others, and by the time I paid for my bowl, it didn't look like the beans had been refilled..
Because it was so chaotic, the whole line was not clean. I did not order guac but ended up having some in my bowl from cross contamination and was somehow smeared all over the bottom as well.
My last gripe with tonight is that it was so rushed and poorly handled that my bowl was not closed properly and when it went into the bag, a sizeable amount of my food spilled out. I did not notice and when I took it out of the bag, even more food spilled out.
To end on a good notethough, the food did taste as delicious as it normally does, which is the only reason this review is not a 1 star, but the overall experience is by far one of the worst that I've ever had at any Chipotle and I will probably not be returning to this location any time soon..
