- PPpommy1 day ago1.0The reviews are not lying. I ordered a 10-wing combo and when I bit into one of the wings, it was completely undercooked. The inside was pure red and it tasted raw. This is not normal as they claim, raw chicken has a distinct taste, and this was absolutely unsafe to eat. Not worth the money, on top of it all their phone number doesn't even work, so you would have to drive all the way there in order to request a refund, They respond to reviews leaving an email but they don’t respond to any emails either… Do better

The food took forever to be delivered, showed up ice cold, and on top of that half of the chicken was literally red and raw. That’s not a “mistake,” that’s a serious health risk. How does food like this even leave the kitchen? There’s also no phone number to call and complain, which just shows how little they care about customer safety or service. Waiting that long just to receive cold, undercooked chicken is unacceptable and honestly dangerous. Complete waste of money. Never ordering from here again.
