  Clean space, but the service needs improvement. I ordered two sandwiches and one of the buns was accidentally dropped — mistakes happen, so I asked for a refund on just that one. Instead, they refunded both sandwiches, when I questioned the choice, they still don’t get where the problem is.

  The location is quite new with a beautiful setting. However , the place floor, tables , door are very dirty. When staff clean the tables throw the food on the floor. The asked a everything bagel and the Mayo was over the bread. Poor presentation of the food.

  Disorganized, Chaotic and Disrespectful. I have no clue why some Mcdonalds locations do the whole text thing for uber orders when they don’t even flow their own procedures. I sat in the parking lot for 20+min. I attempted to get the attention of several workers who just ignored me until I went around the counter and raised my voice stating the customers name and if that was their order. I then have an employee asking for the number and I said I texted multiple times did you not get the text I have been waiting in the parking lot for 20+ minutes she just tossed the bag and walked away. End of the day the customer is the one getting screwed. For me the fact you don’t care or even make an attempt to understand why your system is failing your manager should either go through training, get replaced or get their shit together. Clearly what you are doing does not work

  i got two combos with two drinks, coffee frapp and the cookie dough cold brew. i waited for a while until i didn’t want to wait anymore to find out that they are out of those. the guy who said he was going to get my drinks didn’t even come back to tell me they didn’t have anymore, i had to ask someone else. idk if he was the manager or what but shame on him.

  Love this location as the interior deco gives a Relaxing feel probably because of the special shaped lights and wall arts. There used to be very few people dining so it is very quiet and gives a nice atmosphere to dine in. The service is quick, I always like to order ahead and pick up from the counter to save time. Other McDonalds wants me to be physically there first, but this location, i can pick up immediately when i ‘m there, which serves the purposes of mobile order. I ordered BLT with sesame bun, it’s hot and fresh when I got it. Perfect breakfast place, highly recommended.
