He just greets you with 'can I help you?' on the intercom, never asks if I'm collecting points on the app and doesn't smile or say anything. I've stopped going to this location for my morning coffee because I don't want this to be my first interaction of my day. You seriously need to rectify this situation or consider moving him away from the window. He's not fit for hospitality.

When he got home and we opened the bag, all four “cheeseburgers” had no patties—just bread and cheese. We live far away, so going back wasn’t an option. Absolutely horrible service.
