  These guys suck at customer service who the heck hired them … get new workers who put some effort these guys give so much attitude for being a McDonald’s worker.

  Great experience was had. Kids enjoyed playing in the play place but there is no hand sanitizer in the dispenser and the dispenser itself is not cleaned as it is covered with dirt marks all over. Better health, safety and maintenance is required.

  Waiting 8 mins at cash to order, spicy mc chicken put in wrong labled container, all medium fries containers just over half full. Needs proper management

  In my opinion very nice workers but I am honestly surprised this place has not been shut down. The woman's bathroom literally had worms and other unknown possible parasites on the floor from the middle stall that's been out of service for over 5 months now, also someone unfortunately broke the broken stall door open and it was worse than a horror movie or even a true crime scene, I bolted out of there as fast as I could literally went to Walmart bought all new clothes (Eskimo) bathed in the provate bathroom and threw out the old clothes including shoes put on all new stuff till i could get to a shower and literally repeated the process threw out everything I was wearing including new shoes (even scrubbed most my body with sanitizer before and a new bottle after shower then showered a second time after cleaning the shower after the first one) never felt more disgusting in my life or seen anything that disgusting in my life and I worked in emerg in Ottawa (only as a clerk not as amazing as the nurses and drs at Queensway but loved my job.) However nothing I ever saw at the hospital compared to that!!! the place should literally be shut down and demolished clean the property well before rebuilding. Just absolutely appalled and shocked that this place is still serving food I've been there in the evenings to use wifi (from the CAR!!!!!) And the employees are cleaning and sweeping the parking lot 🤔🤔🤔 im sorry but what the actual heck is going on with this situation?? whatever it is I seriously suggest if u have been there get a parasitic test!!!! not even exaggerating 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 don't know if I can eat mcdonald's anymore.... may have ruined my appetite for the big M for life tbh. Just so gross. I would add a pic but I didn't stick around long enough to even attempt it i thought I was gonna vomit on the spot. And I wouldn't do that to someone else it's seared in my memory for life (I even suffer from severe short term memory loss but can't forget that image for the life of me 😭😭😖😖😖

  This McDonald's is generally okay, but I find it incredibly annoying that even when customers are not in the drive through they want you to go wait in parking around the corner. McDonald's used to give you your food at the window, this one does not. I think they are trying to get a low score at the window or some sort of trick to look fast, when in fact they are very slow in getting the food to the customer waiting in the parking lot. I think the staff here are good and the food is generally good, but this location is oddly managed.
