  Worst customer ever of subway. Giving bad veggies which is not fresh at all. All the staff is very rude.

  Wish I could give this locations service less than one star. The whole point of OnRoutes is to grab something quick and easy. I was the only customer in line, and it still took about 15 minutes just to order and receive my food. I could almost overlook the slow service if the staff had at least been friendly, but no one smiled or greeted me. The employees behind the counter looked irritated that I was even ordering. To make things worse, this location has changed its ordering system. You now have to list everything you want on your sandwich before it’s made, without any list of options in front of you. It’s confusing and inconvenient. Then, when my sandwich was made, the worker forgot some of the items, and I had to remind them since they didn’t even refer back to the order list. This place sucks.

  I visited this location around 4:00 PM on October 31, 2025. My experience was disappointing. One of the staff members refused to take my order and asked me to use the kiosk, even though he was taking orders from other customers. It also took too long to get my food. In addition, some of the staff were speaking in Hindi or Punjabi and seemed to expect me to do the same, which made me feel uncomfortable. I believe all customers should be treated equally and served in English to ensure a better and more welcoming experience for everyone. I hope the management looks into this and improves the service.
