  This morning (Sat., Apr. 11/26) between 9:30 and 10, I had a great drive through experience at the Lucan McDs. The person who took my order was exceptionally cheerful and efficient. The person who took my order was the same, making eye contact, giving a real smile and asking cheerfully after my day. Finally, I think an MOD, cheerfully gave me the order. They truly were exceptional. The day was already sunny at that point, but Lucan McD simply added to it. The only thing I find with this McDs is they are a tad slow from time to time. However, I give them a 5 because their cheerful, helpful service counts a lot with me. Thank you

  normally grab lunch here on our way to London and it's always been great but not on Monday April 5th between 12 and 2 pm. The young woman working the drive-thru was so over-the-top rude which really left us wondering 'like what the??' That was a first as every other time the other drive-thru employees have all been great.

  I asked and payed Donna for extra onions and pickles I was not happy to find out that there was an average amount, if not less thank you Donna I appreciate it. I paid for something that was 2.30 With a five dollar bill and they gave me back to change all in dimes not happy don’t need all that weight in my pocket

  Always a ridiculously long wait, regardless how how many customers, have had half cooked nuggets a few times - gross. Fries are half full, drinks are never filled to the top. When this is mentioned, the staff just said, oh, it’s just the machine. Then got the drink home to find out there was no flavour to it. Either the syrup settings are way down or they had run out. I wish the experience was better as it’s convenient to have a McDonald’s so close. Picture is of the watery Diet Coke as it was served, before tasting.

  I honestly don't understand why it takes them a hour for them to switch over to their breakfast menu when they can literally get their breakfast menu ready for service while they operate. Also it's kinda ridiculous to blame it on their system is shut down and has to reboot itself to operate the breakfast menu. Like I'm sorry is it 1999? So they need to shut down for a few hours a night while they change their freezer bags stored food over to breakfast and allow their super state of the art computer system to reboot itself for a few hours. Honestly just say all you on nights shift are having a nap. That's what I do on my night shift down time. Honestly I just wanted to replace my spilled smoothie I spilled 👎🏻
