  This is the most inconsistent store. I've had the same dish multiple times at the locations in Sarnia and White Oaks. They were great. This location makes it totally different. Also, they literally forgot about my wife's order. It was 22 minutes from the time she ordered to when it was ready. For mall fast food, that's far too long. I was almost done my meal from another restaurant before she got hers.

  I recently visited Thai Express in CF Masonville Mall, located in the food court, and had a great experience. I ordered the Thai Basil Fried Rice with beef to go, and it was absolutely delicious—flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. It’s a great spot for a quick, semi-healthy meal or even a casual lunch date. The prices are reasonable, and one thing I really enjoy is that they cook everything right in front of you. It’s always nice being able to watch your food being made fresh. Overall, a solid choice when you’re at the mall. Keep it up, Thai Express!

  This was devasting for me. I love thai express. I used to go to the masonville location when the owner Justin introduced me to it when making deposits at the bank I worked for across the street. Recently you closed your white oaks mall location in london so I went for a 45 minute drive to Mason ville just for this. Absolutely horrible pad Thai. There was barely any sauce, no eggs, felt like I was just eating noodles and bean sprouts. 18 dollars for that? Doubtful this will ever happen again unless fixed. So bland and boring...
