  Another cold food take out! Chicken undercooked ( my leg had a big extra skin on top of the skin )...gross! French fries were cold ( not even luke warm ) and were tri colour = white, almost white and burned! We live 2 mins drive from swiss chalet. Food should at least be luke warm and temperature outside was a pleasant +19C. No excuse! Almost half an hour wait for a take out, there was another couple ahead of us. Unacceptable! I worked at a different Swiss chalet for 3 years and it has been an amazing experience. But at this location food quality has been going down the hill pretty steadily.

  Awful delivery experience. Never knew a small inconvenience of them missing the ceasar dressing in our ceasar salad would cause so many issues and no one to pick up a call to fix this issue.

  Great staff. The chicken dinners I picked up at the counter was hot and the fries were fresh.

  Always a great experience eating at this location. The manager is very nice and personable and does a great job. The service was great and the food is always great. Love taking my kids here on Wednesday to save some money. Kids eat free on Wednesday. Very appreciated by a single father of two growing young men (8 and 5).

  We went to the Swiss Chalet near the Masonville Mall in London. My friend wanted to go for lunch. We sat down and ordered to order our food. I had to make a special order for health reasons. Plus I had to make drink with water and a pouch of powder. I asked the waitress if I could get a glass of water to put it in. I also asked her if it was okay if I could drink it in the restaurant. They were so accommodating and helped me making sure I got what I needed. I also had a house salad made a certain way and there was no problem getting it the way I wanted. I was so grateful to the the wonderful waitress and kitchen staff. Things went so well I went back with another friend and the waitress remember me. She told the male server what my order was and to not put ice in my water. That's what you call excellent service. I wish I could remember the servers name. We there on Sunday around 2pm. The waitress had blond hair and a slight accent. She is great waitress and deserves recognition 👏 Also the male server was excellent server too 👏
