The staff are friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which adds to the overall experience. The highlight, of course, is the rotisserie chicken. It’s always tender, juicy, and full of flavor, with that signature seasoning that keeps people coming back. Paired with their famous Chalet dipping sauce, it’s simple but incredibly satisfying. The sides—whether it’s the crispy fries, fresh rolls, or creamy coleslaw—round out the meal nicely. What stands out most is the consistency. You know exactly what you’re getting every time, and it rarely disappoints. It’s not trying to be fancy, but it excels at what it does: serving hearty, comforting food at a reasonable price.   My wife and I decided to go out for dinner. We went to this location and was seated by the hostess. We sat at the table watching countless waitresses just walking past us and nobody came to talk to us. It wasn’t busy at all and we sat there for 21 minutes and nobody came to talk to us. The hostess was sitting at a table with people she must’ve known and could clearly see that nobody was waiting on us and never said a word. So we got up and left and went somewhere else. We always get takeout there, but have never eaten inside and I would never go back just from that one experience

  Food was good and served hot. Chicken moist. Served did their best, it was not busy but for 2 servers only it was a lot for them to attend to. Another server was definitely needed as we waited quite a bit to order, get our desert and bill. Please note the two servers that were working were doing the best they could but it was far too many tables for them to attend to properly. Management needs to adjust the staffing. Restaurant is run down, I understand it doesn't make sense to put money into this place as it will be closing.

  I went here for my granddads 92 birthday, we received exquisite service and recommend this restaurant for its amazing family friendly atmosphere. Extremely wheelchair friendly if that is one of your main concerns. I think Swiss Chalet wellington by far has the best service and level of care over other locations in London. Overall, extremely impressed!!!!!
