- BBBoba BubbleApr 20, 20261.0Terrible customer service by one particular lady at the front, vegetables were turning old and brown and yet she still only put one or two vegetables, wait time is super king even if it’s empty because the lady in the front is super slow and likes to waste time on her phone, also super rude!! I recommend going to a subway that actually cares about keeping customers.
- DDDove DoesApr 20, 20261.0Women at the front was incredibly rude, got my order wrong and tried to gaslight me into thinking it was my fault instead of just apologizing, incredibly rude when asked a question about if they offer a certain deal, lettuce was turning brown, didn’t have majority of the ingredients, unsanitary practices, the lady at the front doesn’t know how to communicate to customers properly and is very unkind I wouldn’t eat here at all, I’m very dissatisfied.

Wasn’t listening to the orders and when I attempted to use my gift card it didn’t work initially and she yelled at me for swiping it the wrong side. The food very little toppings and when asked for extra cucumbers ( that I would pay for) she placed 2 slices only! The other sub was burned! The subs did not taste good at all and terrible service!

I'm continuously prompted to pay before the sub has even touched the oven or veggies, the sub is thrown together as if the man working is being timed, and the ingredient quantity has been stripped down near nothing. For example, If you ask for spinach you will get 2 leaves, literal, every time. No "hello", no eye contact or acknowledgement, just a scripted "yes please?" While forcing my product together. If there were other options in citiplaza this location would suffer. I miss the old 2025 crew.
