  Great service here. People working here are just great !! They'd literally just adjust themselves and make the perfect sandwich for you. Whatever you want, they'd gonna make it happen. I Guess it's goood to have subway app which helps us to gain more points and at the same time more discount Crazzy.

  I’m writing this as a brown girl. You guys must treat everyone with respect that includes white people. You can’t ignore serving white people because you’d rather service another brown person. Skipping my partners order to take another persons order behind him was Incredibly disappointing when all he was trying to get is a sub. Got the order wrong after being corrected, only to not correct yourself when you knew it was wrong instead rolled his eyes at that the female colleague trying to make finish my partners sub. He left with no sub because he no longer wanted it after the blatant disrespect. Being extremely dissatisfied by the quality of service we’ll be going to wharncliffe from now on. This was on Friday night specifically about the male employee that was working tonight. The women seemed like she was trying to work properly while the other employee seemed to pick who to service instead of going through the line like every other subway. Subway is not worth this headache.

  Best location in London! Staff is super friendly and store is extremely clean. Only location I will go to! Lady who is usually there in the morning (Monday-Friday) with blonde hair is extremely sweet.

  I had an awesome experience at Subway thanks to Ishu! From the moment I walked in, they were super friendly and welcoming, which instantly made my day better. Issue really took the time to make sure my sub was exactly how I wanted it, and you can tell they care about doing a great job. The sandwich was made perfectly—fresh, neatly put together, and honestly one of the best I’ve had. On top of that, Issue kept a positive attitude the whole time and made the whole experience enjoyable, not just quick. Great customer service like that really stands out. Huge shoutout to Issue for being amazing—Subway is lucky to have someone like him!

  During my visit this afternoon, I encountered very disappointed behaviour by female employee who served us. I was sick, which ends up vomiting due to pregnancy and asked to use the washroom, however she was rude and use an agressive tone , states” I am in the middle of something and I can do only one thing at a time”, even I didnt realize earlier if washroom door was locked or not ? Then after completing our transaction, she opened the washroom door. This interaction left me feeling disrespected. I am NEVER returning to this location again if this is the way how CUSTOMERS TREATED here.
