  Poor service, wrong order processed, When we to return, employee called owner and owner refused to return or replace . Neither shared owners / Managers number as owner told employee Anushka to share his number when we asked to give. This will further escalate from my end. Subway quality is Bogus and must be closed else they will keep fooling customers.

  Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered 2 footlong veggie patty subs and specifically asked for the patties to be grilled, but I was told the griller was not available. Out of the two subs, one had cheese, but the other was missing cheese completely. Both subs were also missing multiple toppings — no tomatoes and no black olives. When I asked, they casually mentioned they were running out of tomatoes, yet still packed and completed the order without properly informing me or offering any substitutes. If ingredients or basic equipment aren’t available, customers should be clearly informed before the order is finalized, not after everything is packed and paid for. Very poor service and lack of communication. I did not receive what I ordered properly. Definitely not going back and would not recommend this location.

  Terrible experience. Ordered two footlongs and both were completely wrong no bell peppers or tomatoes, barely any jalapeños, and no crispy onions. Sauces weren’t added as per our choice, and the sandwiches were dry. Cheese wasn’t even melted everything was cold and poorly made. Total waste of money.

  The worst subway in the city. 3rd time I've gone in and they have no bread only wraps. Its become ridiculous it was 730 at night with no way to make a sub. 3 people left before me.

  Abhinav was very nice and was funny and gave me great food which made me happy
