  Food was inedible, not only because the order was completely incorrect but I think potentially they made them and then played soccer with each sub separately. I know the food service industry is stressful but you should get what you pay for and i certainly did not.

  If I could give negative stars I would I’m extremely disappointed with my recent Uber Eats order. The restaurant closed only 15–20 minutes after my order was placed, and unfortunately the food we received was completely unacceptable. The sandwiches were made incorrectly across the board. Toppings were mixed up between subs, the wrong sandwiches were sent, cheeses were placed on the wrong orders, and sauces were added incorrectly as well. It seemed like there was little to no care taken when preparing the food. One of the most frustrating parts was the topping portions. When ordering, customers are given the option to select up to six toppings, and even choose the same topping more than once, which clearly suggests extra portions. For example, lettuce was selected twice on one sub, yet there were only a few tiny shreds of lettuce on it. The portions overall were poor and nowhere near what was expected. The presentation was just as bad as the accuracy. The sandwiches looked like they had been carelessly thrown together, crushed, and sent out the door with no quality check whatsoever. To make matters worse, because the location had already closed, there was no way to contact the restaurant to resolve the issue directly. Now we’re also being denied a full refund. That means money was wasted, and a whole family of multiple people was left without dinner. It’s really upsetting that it feels like the priority was closing quickly rather than making sure paying customers received the correct meals. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and unacceptable.   Havent been to mr sub in so long. Food was fresh and delicious. Price was reasonable. The two men behind the counter were very friendly. Be back soon for sure!
