Super clean, organized, and efficient! It’s a newer spot, but they’ve already nailed the service. Fast food prep and top-notch hospitality.
I’ve given this McDonald’s multiple chances, but it consistently misses the mark.
The drive thru is designed at such a strange angle that it’s nearly impossible to use if you have a larger vehicle; you can barely reach the window to pay. On top of that, the speaker system clearly isn’t working properly. There have been several times where staff couldn’t hear me, leading to incorrect orders.
The wait times are also unreasonable. Waiting 15 minutes for a single large coffee (not even a full meal) is frustrating, especially when the location isn’t busy.
As for the food, the fries don’t even taste like typical McDonald’s fries, they’re overly dry and seem overcooked. To make matters worse, orders are frequently wrong or missing items. I’ve even paid for a large drink and received a small instead.
To top it off, this location doesn’t honor app promotions, which is disappointing considering how commonly they’re used elsewhere.
Overall, despite not being busy, this location is consistently slow and inaccurate. Definitely not the standard you’d expect.
CHEAP OWNER, won’t even participate in the McDonalds promotion to celebrate the London Knights with the free fries with purchase. Drove down to 1159 Highbury N to give them my busy instead. If they are cheaping out on that, who know what other short cuts they are taking to save a buck. Recommend to avoid and go to a reputable location.

This location is advertised as wheelchair accessible, but in reality it feels very cramped and difficult to navigate comfortably. The space is quite small, and maneuvering through the seating and ordering area can be challenging if you use a wheelchair.
The presentation of the food has also been consistently disappointing. Orders often look sloppy and thrown together, with little care taken in how items are assembled or packaged. It gives the impression that quality control and customer care are not priorities here.
On top of that, the prices continue to rise, yet the overall experience and food presentation do not reflect that cost.
I hope management takes accessibility and quality more seriously, especially for customers who rely on proper wheelchair access.
As an East Indian homeowner in Canada I was not delighted by my experience here. This young man serviced me and I referred to him as sir which lead to a stark reaction which quickly ruined my day. His voice quivered with anger as he said “I’M NOT A SIR IM A NON BINARY TRANS RACIAL QUEEN”. To which I inevitably assumed a joke and laughed, which lead to his reaction of dropping his body to the floor and freezing up and whimpering that he needs medical attention. I left without even grabbing my drink I was so appalled by this behaviour.
