  It's McDonald's. The staff here were really friendly and fast. The restaurant was far more dirty that it should be. Absolutely nothing in this place is clean.

  This McDonalds has to be the most incompetent location in London. The location closest to us is closed for renovations, so this is the next closest one. The last few times we've ordered, they've forgotten something and we had to drive back to get it. Today, my husband went to order and checked before leaving to be sure everything was in it. Sure enough, they forgot the hash browns. Thankfully he checked WHILE THERE, so he pointed it out and got them. When he got home, he was passing out the food, including our kids' happy meals, just to realize they forgot the chocolate milks. He hadn't thought to look for those. So sure enough, he had to drive all the way out again for those. Luckily for us, the employee who my husband approached about the missing drinks was one from the closed location near us, who was really nice about the whole thing. Previous times, the employees at this location just seem to shrug it off and act like it's no big deal that they messed up. The food itself, when we get what we ordered, is good. It's the attention to the orders and the service that are severely lacking. Unless you aren't going anywhere near another one, save your time and go to a different location. If you do go here, do a thorough check to be sure they remembered everything!

  The attitude by the front counter worker (old woman) at March 27th 7am was so atrocious. I ordered a mobile order for drive thru by accident and went to pick up in the counter. I told her that and she rolled her eyes at me and said “well, I don’t have it here then” and walked away. I grabbed my food, not saying anything to her. She then proceeds to say “I’m ready to go home” to the next customer and complain about me (how people suck because they come to her when they make a mistakenly order a drive thru mobile order) haha. I used to work in the fast food customer service industry so I know it can be a pain in the butt sometimes but lady, if you hate your job so much where a minor inconvenience throws off your whole day, this job isn’t for you.

  Here’s a McDonald’s conveniently located off Hwy 401 and within a short drive of the nearby Costco in southern London and a strip map plaza. This locale also makes this location very busy and packed both in terms of drive-thru and dine-in. Our food arrived within a reasonable amount of time. Everything in the Happy Meal and McValue meal were as expected, only the McNugget add-on dip was missing initially but later added. This location afar looks massive but the prior playground has long since been replaced with more dine-in space instead. The tables inside weren’t cleaned while we were there and had food stains.

  The window service is super friendly great smile even in the 5 to 10sec you can feel the kindness :)
