  I went through the drive-thru about a half hour ago and wanted to take a moment to recognize two outstanding employees, Nicolas at the first window and Matt at the second. Both handled a stressful situation with impressive professionalism, patience, and care. Not only did they resolve the issue, but they did so calmly and graciously, going above and beyond to help me navigate some app and card difficulties. They remained composed throughout and reassured me they would find a solution...and they did :) It’s rare to encounter employees who are as genuinely caring and professional as they are. McDonald’s is very fortunate to have them on the team. They truly made a difficult situation much easier, and their efforts deserve recognition.

  Asked specifically i want a muffin with egg, cheese and mayo. Ofcourse they still put ham or pork sausage in it.

  About 7pm tonight had to young girls running around not in the play room but in the dining room part screaming and running around the whole place i told a worker and still nothing happened so I talk to manger and all he did was go in dining room and look around while they are running around there's a play room for reason and me and my husband cant even enjoy our meals anx the parent didn't pay attention and there's homeless in here
