  Clearly understaffed every table is dirty and took over 20 minutes for table service. All garbage’s are full and there’s food all over the floor everywhere. Very disappointing

  The worst McDonald's in London. Food is just thrown together. Ordered a big Mac with a chicken and a beef patty. They couldn't get that straight so just gave me a big Mac. The chicken big Mac was dry and barely edible. We had to wait for the fries, which were old and stale anyway. I knew driving there it was going to be bad but didnt want to drive to Oxford west. Mistake. Terrible location. Go to Oxford west. Next time I'll drive the extra 5 minutes. Hands down best in the city

  The kids here are great. wonderful service. fast and friendly. it is no wonder that this location is the longest standing McDonalds in London Ontario.

  This is the dirtiest mcDonalds Ive ever been to. The garbages are heaping. The floors are trashed. Employees are working on FILTHY stations. Zero organization. Not a single clean space in the building. Online orders take priority over customers standing in the building waiting to order. I waited 15 minutes to be served and an additional 15 minutes for food. Watched an employee set items into the mess in picture to be handed to other families. My children requested to wash their hands after being in the play place it was so filthy. To add injury to insult the lady pretending to be in charge did not take my order correctly. First, I asked for doubles dressed like macs from the 5$ menu. She told me I would have to pay an additional 2$ each to one for the change. So I switched to full size big macs, asked for a med drink and 2 blueberry pies. After the 15 minute wait.....she only gave me big macs. I gave up and left. Such a disappointment.

  We visited this location on our way out of town this morning. A special shout out to Eddie who went above and beyond. Eddie and the gentleman behind the counter were both extremely accommodating and pleasant.
