I asked for assistance and the manager acted unprofessional, rude and provided the incorrect receipt. If it means removing this machine, that is their responsibility to come to this conclusion but do not put the burden on the paying customers. Also, I would remind you that this McDonald’s is within proximity to a residential area so if you’re objective was to provide service to families you are doing a poor job and our neighbourhood could do without your business.
