  Their scale is not accurate. I asked to weigh my bag to see what it would cost me, it was over 200 grams ($18). I took a walk around the store to see if there was anything else I wanted to buy, found nothing and went to check out. Put the bag back on the scale, it was now showing over 300 grams without having added anything to it (almost a 10$ difference). I asked the cashier why it was 10$ more, he assumed I added more to the bag. I said I didn't. He slapped the scale a couple times and that time it was exactly 201 grams, even less than the first time I asked for the bag to be weighed. I don't think I'll feel comfortable shopping here again unless a second scale is added to the store where customers can check the weight of their product prior to purchasing. I also have a vague memory about having this problem with this store in the past, I may have even reviewed it.

  I was really happy with the service and found the staff incredibly helpful during my visit and very knowledgeable. At checkout, the staff let us know we were just shy of qualifying for a deal, giving us the option to grab a few more chocolates and take advantage of the savings, which we really appreciated and add on the sign up coupon bonus and freebies hitting a certain spend amount, amazing! I’d definitely recommend signing up for their email list as well. You get a coupon for your purchase and even a free item on your birthday, which is a great bonus!
