- RGRyan GovierApr 18, 20261.0I frequently visit this location every few weeks. This is the 3rd time in a row they’ve made the same mistake at this location. I order a double original with cheese combo, poutine and drink. Fried pickles, and add a side of buffalo. This location for the 3rd time in about 2 months has given me a Jr. cheese burger, with the wrong toppings, a poutine and drink. Along with forgetting my side of buffalo sauce every single time. So I basically have to go through the drive thru 2 times per visit. It’s consistently forgetting things from my order or giving me a wrong item all together. Harvey’s food is good, I like the Canadian brand, but I just can’t understand the constant issue of service not being able to give me what I ordered.

When I walked in I was greeted, my order taking process was quick and easy, and the young woman who garnished my burger did a great job! The lobby was clean and had a lot of available seating to choose from (a staff member had even asked how my meal was as she was cleaning the surrounding tables). Amazing attention to detail and awareness from the staff - was overall a great experience and dinner at Harvey’s. Thank you!!!
