The app showed my order was completed over 30 minutes earlier, yet when I arrived, the food was clearly cold. I politely asked the staff to reheat it — a very reasonable request — but they refused and insisted it was “just made,” which did not match the Uber Eats timeline. Refusing to reheat cold food and giving misleading information shows a lack of honesty and basic customer service. Very disappointing experience. I will not return and do not recommend this location.
