  Ordered the discovery Luxe box, which comes with a fountain drink. Their fountain machine is broken, so in order to get a drink I had to pay $1.50 extra. Why are we paying extra when the box is supposed to come with a drink? Service was also slow.

  I usually don't write reviews but i have to for this place. I have placed couple order in the past cause this is one of the few places open late night. I have been given a beef order after ordering the one with beans (had to go back all the way to replace it), i have gotten overcooked crunch-wrap (made me sick). And the most recent one, ordered a value box and they forgot to add taco. I love taco bell but this location just ruin my cravings. On one separate occasion, me and my friends went there and ordered 4 different orders (so we don't have to open every burrito and taco to know which one is beef or bean), they simply put all the food in two different bags ( all burritos in one and tacos in other), defeated the whole purpose of separate order just because we are there all together.

  I rarely leave reviews, but this experience needs to be documented. The food I received tonight was genuinely unsafe — rancid-tasting oil, stale cinnamon twists, and a poorly assembled crunchwrap. This isn’t just bad quality; it’s a health concern. To make matters worse, they somehow managed to mess up our order on top of everything. At this point, it feels like every possible mistake happened in a single visit. When I politely mentioned the issue, the staff member at the window responded with hostility and told me to “go to another Taco Bell.” When I asked for her name to file a formal complaint, she refused multiple times — which says everything about her awareness of her own behaviour. If negative ratings existed, they would be reserved for the staff member whose attitude seems to be a recurring theme in many other reviews. And if this review reaches the employee at the window: may you one day find a role where attitude is considered a skill — because customer service certainly isn’t the right fit. Given the unsafe food, the order being wrong, and the unprofessional conduct, I will be submitting a formal complaint to the Ontario Ministry of Health as well as Taco Bell corporate. No customer should be dismissed for reporting legitimate concerns. I genuinely hope management takes this seriously and addresses both the food quality issues and the behaviour of the employee involved.

  I got sick here. They wear gloves and handle cash. They don't change the gloves and handle food. Disgusting. I will never be back.

  I ordered combo #3, two hard tacos and upgraded the fries to a fries supreme. Hardly any meat on the tacos and fries. The supreme fries box was literally half empty! Awful! Not worth $14!
