Disgusting behaviour and never spend a $0.01 here! A female Taco Bell employee telling the students from Mother Teresa Catholic Secondary School in their school uniforms (green top, beige/black bottom) to not blocked their entrance or their drive-thru even they were leaving the property. Shouting out from their door of Taco Bell. They are just students on lunch break before heading their way back to Mother Teresa Catholic Secondary School. She said to the students “Your blocking our drive-thru, go back to school where you belong”. As a former student of John Paul II Catholic Secondary School. I warn all the students from Mother Teresa Catholic Secondary School to boycott this Taco Bell location between Adelaide Street and Sunningdale Road. I heard that yesterday afternoon on Thursday, November 20th, 2025. I was heading towards the car wash across the road near the Tim Horton’s. I was leaving the Mary Brown’s and witness it just 10 metres away. Well, forgot coming to Taco Bell and wasting your hard earn money on this mediocre food. Spartans of Mother Teresa Catholic Secondary School. Avoid going to Taco Bell and even their Masonville Mall location, too. If that lady yelled at you guys then why would you want to spend a dollar here? Go to Chipotle the one across the road from Masonville Mall or go eat at a real Mexican restaurant like Mexican House in downtown Richmond Street. Taco Bell is just Americanized food and ultra processed diabetes. MTS Spartans! Stop eating at Taco Bell! Go to Mary Brown’s just a few minutes away walk from your school and it is Canadian. Why would I want to eat Taco Bell and support them? That lady yelled at you guys and I got your back. I don’t want an upset stomach eating here and sitting on the toilet for hours. Have dignity and self-respect for yourselves, MTS Spartans. A JPII Jaguar student got your back! Do NOT support Taco Bell and there are so many alternatives to buy food even some have a car to head to the Masonville area to buy better food. Go to Five Guys and a Burger, WokBox (beside Best Buy across from Masonville Mall), Starbucks, South St Burger, Harvey’s or the food court at Masonville Mall even it mediocre as it is better than Taco Bell. I got your back, MTS Spartans. From a former student of John Paul II Catholic Secondary School. Taco Bell, stop calling yourself Mexican food while fries supreme are not Mexican food. Just microwave food you are eating. This is the reason why that lady works at Taco Bell and would not make enough to pay her own bills. The teachers and staffs at Mother Teresa Catholic Secondary School have work their way up and have a good education to live a better life. Anyway, don’t buy anything from Taco Bell and stay away from here, period!
The food is good, staff are friendly but seem oblivious to what goes on in the restaurant. It's more of a kids hangout, noisy, they bring in food from other places to eat there and nobody seems to really care. Tables are always dirty, garbage is usually full. I think I'll stick to the drive-thru from now on as this is seems to be the norm in this location.
Disappointing experience. I’ve been a Taco Bell customer for 30+ years, and the same issue never seems to change: order accuracy. Some staff listen, others don’t, and any modification seems to cause problems.
At the Adelaide North location, managed by Monik, I ordered my usual: #7 Quesadilla with chicken, Fries Supreme with steak, and NO tomatoes. Instead of processing my order, Monik tried to upsell me on steak fries with jalapeños. I declined and repeated my order clearly — I’ve ordered the same thing three times this week.
The food still came out with tomatoes, something Monik knows I never get. When I pointed it out, she blamed me instead of accepting responsibility. She admitted interrupting me but still claimed she was “just doing her job.”
I refused the incorrect order and got a refund, but since our drinks were already half consumed, I paid for them out of fairness — even though she said I didn’t have to. Taco Bell doesn’t give out free items, so this contradicted her earlier attitude and showed inconsistency in her "its my job"
A quick look at other Google Reviews shows these issues aren’t isolated.
Taco Bell needs to address this and make it right.
Visited this Taco Bell today and had a disappointing drive-thru experience. The staff member wasn’t rude, but definitely not friendly either. No greeting, no ‘hi’ or ‘thank you’—just handed the food and moved on. It felt very unwelcoming. A little basic courtesy would make a big difference. Food was fine, but the drive-thru service was the worst I’ve experienced so far.”
Ordered through drive thru and they told me to pull in the parking lot and come back through drive thru in 5 minutes. I've never had a place send me to wait and not bring my food to me. Seems like they're trying to lower their drive thru times by making their customers do more work. As if the drive thru isn't hard enough to get into the first time it's even worse the second time
