  Slowest fast food ever. When we finally got the food it was cold. Employees chatting among themselves with no concern for the customer. Employees forgeting basic things like napkins in the bag and the drinks that are supposed to come with your order. Clearly a poorly managed location. As someone who occasionally enjoys junk food this location really tarnishes the tacobell/kfc brand. Avoid if possible.

  Nice to see they renovated. Screens are a bit confusing to use though with the KFC / Taco Bell fusion menu. They used to have a staffing / drive thru wait time issue but that also seems to be resolved now.

  Went in yesterday for a late lunch looking forward to the newly renovated restaurant to see how they may have cleaned it up. Well to my surprise a brand new renovation was filthy. The staff should be taking pride in a "new" location and it should be so much easier to keep it clean since they received it brand new but nope. First thing that was a frustration was the new menu order boards. The first one doesn't work, it was a black screen, the second one wouldn't change screens, moved to the third one and it froze mid order. Frustrated I asked if I could order at the counter, fine no problem. Yes, there is a problem. There is no menu for you to look at. The front counter no longer has a menu board so you now have to move back and forth to the menu board in order to get the order correct. I then watched a staff member throw an "empty" sour cream bottle to the back of the kitchen hoping to hit the garbage can but nope, no goal. You can't tell me that sour cream did not spray on the wall and the floor. No effort to clean it up at the time it happened. The floors behind the counter were full of garbage. Real garbage not food garbage. Balled up papers. I was so looking forward to the new reno and was sorely disappointed. Sorry, won't be back.

  Took forever to get food, the food itself wasn’t up to the usual standard of Taco Bell and again holy the food took years to come out. Don’t come to this location unless they get new management or employees.

  Absolutely horrible experience at this location. We were originally told that the debit was down in the drive through so we had to come inside. Upon entry there were only 4 employees who didn’t care about anyone in the store. We waited in like until we still weren’t served and decided to order on the self serve machine. The one machine was gross and proceeded to not work when we went to pay, we had to move to a different machine where it finally worked. Fast forward 40 whole minutes we still haven’t gotten our food, it has been sitting getting cold as they proceed to take drive through orders. The photo attached is all the tacos and the chicken getting cold. I would not recommend this location to anyone. This is horrible.
