  Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever gotten.. ordered a combo #3 didn’t want tomato’s. Got 2 tacos and both had tomato’s on them, went back in to get the proper item was told to pick off the tomato’s that were under all the toppings. Would stay clear of this location

  Disgusting. January 8th, 2026, I ordered food around 1pm.. I order the same thing from Taco Bell often.. today my food smelled different, the meat tasted nasty and threw me off. Then I went to take a bite out of my burrito and the rice was HARD. I opened up the burrito and there were dark red chunks in it as well, something that looked like it was scraped from an old batch of food, left crusty, dry, and disgusting. I also did not receive napkins in my bag - no, it wasn't busy in the slightest.. This establishment needs a proper manager on site that does their job to manage food quality, because the food today was absolutely terrible.

  If I could give zero stars I would. This is the second time we have waited over 20 minutes for food. Today not a single person was inside and waited over 20 minutes before asking for a refund. Watched 10 cars go through the drive through no problem. No explanation from staff. 2 of the 4 staff members were just standing there doing nothing and one sitting on a computer ignoring everyone. We also had to wait for the refund because they had to call their manager at home before doing the refund 🤦‍♀️ Never ever will be going back.

  Food was lacking. Only staff that cared was the worker at the counter, the rest of them shouldn't have taken a job where you speak to other people who are also human. Had to wait 5 minutes for the order, When recieved it was missing a burrito, 2 fry supremes. Asked about the missing food and waited 10 minutes where I can see one of the workers putting food that could go to replace the missing food into other people's orders. Had to ask again to receive my food and then spoke to the manager to even end up receiving the food. Barely any fries, definitely had better and I will not return here. Also ton of attitude. As of writing I hear another customer trying to feed his kid and his kids foods missing. Way to go

  Why in the world would you put someone in the drive through that doesn’t speak English? I’m sure the owners are also from India so nothing will ever change here but I will absolutely never return. The language barrier was the best part of our interaction. We went through the drive through on December 20th at 1:30 PM and experienced the worse customer service I have ever seen in my life and were given a mixed bag of food that didn’t come close to what we ordered. The number of items were off, we ordered all soft tacos and they were just a random mix of hard and soft and there were items in the bag that I don’t even know what they were. How could you spend this much on a renovation and then provide such an absolutely terrible experience. Do not go here!!!!!
