Wait time was ridiculous, it appeared there were only 3 employees during peak hours. The only cash employee left with a massive lineup to use the washroom, and my partner saw them using their phone nonchalantly, they moved around with zero urgency, seemed displeased to take the order. One of the cooks was coughing out into the air without covering their mouth. One of the employees pushed all the garbage on the counter out onto the floor. I thought the food was very yummy though.

Not worth buying anything from Taco Bell in this economy. If you try getting the best value. Your $5.00 bill does not get you a lot in today’s value. Crunchwrap and 2 hard shell tacos cost $16.71 after tax. No combo or a drink included. It is on their value menu and the Crunchwrap without the combo should be cheaper. Not anymore, it is still expensive paying over $15.00 for 3 small items even it is the cheapest or buying it without the combo. A lot of the food they sell at the food court at Masonville Mall is overpriced and mediocre. This is why, I do not buy any food here besides the restaurants or Starbucks. Taco Bell is not even real food just feels processed food. I would rather go eat at Chipotle Mexican Grill across the road from Masonville Mall next time. It is just Americanized Mexican Inspired food at Taco Bell. Better off going to Costco to buy real quality food and make my own Mexican food at home. Mountain Dew and their fountain drink is expensive, too. They use to give out free refills back then before they renovated. I would not eat at Taco Bell or KFC. My brother paid for it. It does not taste what it use to be back in 1990s and early 2000s. Taco Bell is keeping up with low quality and it will become a disaster with their business. I would rather go to a real Mexican restaurant next time. It is just Americanized food that is inspired by Mexican cuisine. I will never buy anything from the food court at Masonville Mall including the Taco Bell on Sunningdale Road as the manager asked the students at Mother Teresa Catholic Secondary School to leave as they treated them they were hostile or committing a crime they did not commit. Next time whenever I come back here. There are better food around the Masonville area in London, Ontario.

Comfort pick for having a quick bite! The prices here are so great that you can't beat the value! One of their burritos alone will fill you up.

I do not buy any food at the food court in Masonville Mall as it is mainly franchise nor they serve mediocre food. If you are not satisfied of Taco Bell then that is the quality you are paying for. I had Taco Bell at Masonville Mall’s food court after their renovation. It is not something special as it is not like the Taco Bell it was from the 1990s and early 2000s. It is more like you are eating powder products and the lowest quality they are using. Taco Bell’s quality is getting bad and even dog food you buy from Pet Smart across from Masonville Mall is higher quality than Taco Bell. The beef is not truly better quality meat, and comprehend do not expect to be premium quality. Fast food makes a lot of money at Masonville Mall and paying higher rent. However, they need to have better quality what people of paying for since high price of daily food is rising in cost. If consumers are spending $20.00 per person; which is a lot in today’s economy. They should expect the quality and consumer service. Obviously it is not true Mexican food just an Americanized chain, and no wonder why Canadians should realize they know Taco Bell is known to be the lowest quality in the fast food industry. The best or decent quality you are paying for Mexican food is Chipotle across from Masonville Mall. If you want real Mexican food. Mexican House in downtown London, Ontario on Richmond Row serves true Mexican food. I go to Masonville Mall every week. I don’t even buy any food at the food court as it is not the best quality or just mediocre. Besides Starbucks or dining in at the Rec Room. I would rather go to Five Guys and a Burger, Chipotle, Chic-Fil-A, Jack Astor’s or other restaurants across from Masonville Mall. The food at Silver City Cineplex movie theatre is better than the food court at Masonville Mall. My brother had Taco Bell for their burrito. The beans and meat taste like the frozen burrito quality you heat in a microwave you can buy from No Frill’s grocery store. That is why people know should be consider Taco Bell is not the to go to place; if they are spending their hard earn money and paying too much for low quality. I would rather go across the street for Chipotle next time; when I am in the Masonville area of London, Ontario. Fast food quality have gone downhill to cut cost and consumers are getting the short end of the stick. Why buying Taco Bell if they are an American company? Go to a Canadian local business including Mary Brown’s to serves Canadian products. If you want to have upset stomach or urgently needs to go to the washroom. Taco Bell is the place to go to. Not recommend wasting your money at the food court at Masonville Mall and go find better quality or go grocery for better quality of food.
