Stood the trying to get the attention of an employee but nothing. After about 40 mins decided to try the drive thru. Woman comes on the speaker and said hold on. Waited 13 more mind and nobody came back on the speaker. Couldn't pull up because the truck in front was also waiting that whole time. Reversed out of the driveway and left with out my food. I will never again eat at any swiss chalet establishment . Absolutely atrocious service. Disgusting
