Definitely want to give a great big shout out to our server. John. He was so attentive, pleasant, courteous and generally seem to just love his job. The food was delicious as always. Great job!! I honestly should have taken photos and if you haven't tried the garlic bread loaf you really need to!

Allegedly there were white paper signs posted on the doors warning customers of the situation (they were not obvious, and very inaccessible if customers were not tall enough or can not read English). The manager Dave was extremely rude, aggressive, and refused to do anything further for customers. He raised his voice, gestured and drew the attention of other diners. It was extremely embarrassing for me as I was simply asking if there was any small compensation off our experience for sitting in a freezing cold restaurant with small children unable to take their coats off. The manager (Dave) refused to give any other supervisor for me to talk to or any contact information to elevate the resolution of the issue. I believe the quote from Dave was "I will not do anything more for you, you can leave." To me, more appreciation should be shown for customers being understanding of facility issues and still willing to eat in an uncomfortably cold if not unsafe environment.
