Our server, Alexia, was absolutely amazing and so lovely to deal with. Truly, cannot express how much made our daughter feel special on her birthday. Thank you!

We did not get what we ordered and there was no manager there at 8:30 on a Friday evening and a rude woman by the name of Pimlie who said ”call back tomorrow”! Uber delivery guy kept getting lost and from the time of pickup to deliver to our home was 6 minutes he took 21 and when asked what happened, he blamed it on the restaurant. Unbelievable

My husband and I both agreed we had never ever had a better server. She was so attentive and caring, my kids made a bit of a mess spilling their pop and she really juat laughed it off , made us feel like we were a burden to rhe restaurant. We drove over an hour to come for dinner, and as long as Paige is there we will absolutely keep coming!! What an absolute wonderful human. She was so kind to our kids and went above and beyond with rlher service. We came to meet with 2 of our friends and we were all just blown away. Food was fantastic aswell. Paige, if you see this. Here's your reminder that the smallest acts of kindness can have the BIGGEST impact on someone you only spent an hour with. we had never felt so welcome into a restaurant as a big, young family and we will remember how special our dinner at your restaurant was. Our #1 experience by far, you set the bar so high. Keep that spark and compassion. Youre awesome x

Our server Paige was thee most incredible, kindest, and compassionate person we've ever had in a dining experience. We love Swiss Chalet and our friends felt so welcome and loved by the entire restaurant. Chaos meets exceptional service, Paige you are a complete Rockstar!

Great attitude and big smile! The host that walked us in, on the other hand, had zero personality and should probably take additional Customer Servicetraining.
