  My family and I came here for dinner tonight and Natalie was our server and she was excellent!! For a very busy night she did not disappoint us, gave us everything we asked for and provided excellent service! Natalie was extremely busy and very apologetic but her hard work did not disappoint us - we will be back!!

  So I was out with the girlfriend on NYE. And we wanted to go to our Canadian staple of restaurants to end NYE. the house host and waitress were wonderful. But wasn't wonderful was waiting time for our food, and the plate I ordered. I ordered the Alfredo chicken Parm, which sounded extremely exciting at the time. We got our food almost one hour later, or hour later. And I had some dry noodles that look like were sitting out for awhile. We were already annoyed and hungry waiting for what seems to be over extended time frame for food. We request for the food to be sent back. Our server did attempt to make things better. But it was already a poor experience. I'm not saying to not go here. But I am saying Swiss chalet, please get better. I've never had a bad experience from a Swiss chalet until this moment. And I didn't like it.

  I ordered food and it took 1.5 hours for it to be delivered. It was disgusting, paid extra for glaze that was barley glazed, mixxed vegetables were just cauliflower and carrots which were not fully cooked. Spring rolls were gross in one of them was hard peice of cartridge or somethint from the chicken. The coconut cream pies we ordered had the sticker of when it was packaged (Wednesday) we ordered sunday night... the chicken was super dry also.... wasnt impressed and I used to order from here atleast every 2-3 weeks but last 2 times our order has gotten messed up and for the price I paid it wasnt worth it at all. Better to just go to grocery store and grab one and the sides and be 5x cheaper and faster. I live 2 mins down the road so it shouldent of taken 1.5 hours

  Terrible experience. I ordered and paid online with a 550 pm pickup time. When I showed up there were 18 people waiting in front of me. A gentleman I talked to ordered at 5:11 pm (and still there at 627 pm) at the takeout counter. People had gone into the restaurant, dined in and left while we were still waiting. I called the contact number in the app and explained I wanted to cancel my order. He said it would take 3-5 business days to cancel refund my purchase. There was rarely anyone at the counter as they were all working hard in the back. Eventually around 627 pm, 37 minutes after my pickup time, I went to the counter to cancel my order. The 2 staff were nice however even for them to cancel my order she had to swipe her card for every item of a family pack (including buns and sides). What a disaster of a setup. I don't mind waiting at all, however don't tell customers it's a 15-20 minute pickup from ordering when it's 90+ minutes. Uber Eats drivers were also cancelling orders for excessive wait time. I cancelled and went to a competitor down the street and had food for my whole family within 5 minutes. I won't be returning to this location and many people waiting were saying the same. When someone actually received their order and everyone cheers, that should say something about the system.

  Unbelievable bad service order food to get told to my face will only be 30 minsy order ends up takeing 1 hr before getting my food and what tops it all off there was multiple people waiting for a hour and they where given out free quarter chicken dinners although for the really horrible business should of been two free chicken dinners since most order where for family members waiting for there food then you got all the Uber and food dash that I felt bad for since swiss chalet made them make no money then they stop given cards out and you needed to ask for one what is really bad service and called favorites manger should be fired new staff should be hired and better service this place is sad
