- IIIainDec 12, 20251.0The lady that made my sub was talking on the phone loudly in Ukrainian (I think) via an earbud while making my sub. Probably spit coming out directly on sandwich while talking downwards. She was slapping the meat on aggressively. Then she tells me I can only use a portion of my rewards while other subways let me use all of them.

Both were kind and pleasant to talk to and gave us excellent customer service. I live in Byron and will be choosing to go to this subway over the one on hyde park and oxford.
