Because of my work, I have to order food online for my children at home behind the store. I placed two orders online today and went to pick them up myself. When I arrived, I found only one order. When I asked about the other one, she rudely told me, as if I were begging, that there was no other order. I took out my phone and showed her the order, and she continued arrogantly, saying, "There's no other order for you, please. If you're in a bad mood, stay home and don't treat people so rudely." I've always tried to make excuses, but we're not obligated to deal with people in such a bad mood, especially since I'm not begging from you or free

However the young lady behind the counter was kind, friendly and served me with a smile. As soon as I realised the time I apologised but she was very gracious and happily helped me anyways. Very nice staff! Thank you to the kind lady behind the counter who’s name I did not catch. You made my day a little easier and a little better!
