I just went in about 10 min ago to redeem a bogo deal I had on the app. I asked if I had to order through the app or with the cashier. The guy said to scan the code, which I did. He said it didn’t work so to try on the app. I go to try and the app is now saying my deal was redeemed but it wasn’t. And the cashier wasn’t able to assist me. I tried going online but wasn’t able to speak to anyone just a bot. I would really like to be able to still get this deal as I was not at fault. I asked for assistance and left with less than I came in with.
This is an amazing establishment and I’ve never ever had issues here before. I really hope I hear back and get to use the deal that was due to me. Please.
