Sub was warmed and instead came out crumbly and burnt, the sub was not taken out of the toaster as soon as the alarm sounded. Also somehow I received it rolled and squished. The cookies were over baked so they would have hard, i opted for chips. Things have changed so now the chips are under the counter instead of in sight. Improvement needed for communicating with customers, difficult to understand for both ways.
