    Absolutely terrible service. More concerned about mobile orders for customers that aren’t in the store. Had to wait for the lady to make 4 sandwiches while I stood and waited. This place is understaffed and needs proper management. Don’t come here unless you have an hour to order and wait for your sub

    Not right that 1 person is working alone most of the time. I can easily goto other locations or brands that treat their workers better. New ownerships is needed. Long wait in lines most of the time.

    Staff was extremely friendly . Himanshi served me and was a joy . Wharncliffe and baseline Subway. Friendly , fast service is all I can ask. It’s subway. The food is always good .

    I ordered on the subway app and it said my food was going to arrive at 3:55AM in the middle of the night so I called the restaurant and explained it to the guy working and he was being rude not listening and talking over me, he was so disrespectful and then hungup in my face. Don’t ever order online or in person at this restaurant they don’t care about how they treat customers. I’m never coming here again! I’m highly disappointed as I ordered here all the time, but not after today.
