Random customers would just cut the line walk right up to the till and order cookies and side items as the cashier would just bypass the customers standing in line for sandwiches. Disappointed
- ABayush bansalJan 8, 20261.0I am writing to share an experience we went to your locations around 7:20 PM. We ordered a foot-long sub, and the restaurant was not very busy at the time. When we politely requested that the items be wrapped separately, the staff member responded by saying, “I am tired.” This response felt unprofessional and made us uncomfortable as customers. However, such responses should not be directed toward customers. It might be helpful for Subway to consider providing adequate breaks, additional staffing, or days off so employees can rest properly and continue providing good customer service.
