When I arrived, the employee bluntly refused my order without any valid reason. No one bothered to call me, email me, or notify me that my order was rejected or canceled. I wasted 15 minutes driving to this location only to be ignored and treated with total disrespect. What’s even worse is that they kept my money for two meals I never received. No refund, no apology, no accountability—just pure incompetence and unprofessionalism. This is unacceptable and dishonest behavior. The staff clearly do not care about customers at all. Avoid this place unless you want to waste your time and lose your money.

It's impossible to get everything done if you don't have accused two people on every shift. You're not losing money. You're making more money having by not losing any customers that have to walk in our for a 20 minute wait.
