  Had a great experience at this Subway location thanks to Kiran! She was super helpful and handled all our special requests with a big smile, no complaints at all. The sandwiches turned out delicious, exactly how we wanted them. She was also incredibly patient with us while our kids took forever to decide on their orders. Even when a rush hit right as we sat down to eat, and she was the only one working, she stayed quick and friendly the whole time. Highly recommend this spot. Thanks Kiran!

  Ordered on the app for pickup and didn’t open the subs until later, and the toppings were wrong so my kids wouldn’t eat them. I called them the next day and it was an easy fix, they replaced the subs(with proof of purchase and the mixed up toppings), and offered a free cookie for the hassle. I dealt with three different people during this issue and they were all quite lovely.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Subway! I ordered two footlong Veggie Patties, and everything was fresh and made perfectly. The sandwiches were delicious and prepared exactly how I wanted them. A special thanks to Dhruv, who helped me apply my discount coupon without any hassle. He was very polite, patient, and friendly throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service makes such a big difference! Really appreciate the great service and tasty food — will definitely be coming back 😊

  DHRUV was a wonderful guy , was a pleasure going to this Subway where he was very helpful and knowledgeable on the subs, sauces and toppings will definitely be back again! Also the subs bought were delicious and ingredients were very fresh

  Ordered online, picked up my sub, it was missing ingredients. I tried the chat on the app, that didn’t work. I was passing the store in the morning so I thought I’d stop in with the other half of my sub. The lady gave me attitude telling me I should’ve called the store and that she could only replace half because I’ve eaten the other half. Well ya, I didnt notice till I was halfway done eating the half. Do I regurgitate it? She said she’d probably get in trouble but didn’t have time to wait for a response from her manager, told me sometimes they run out of things that’s just the way it goes 🤷🏻‍♂️ No, that’s actually not the way it goes. They could’ve mentioned it when I picked up the sub and apologize and everything would’ve been fine. Subway is one of the worst fast food places I’ve dealt with when there’s an issue. All of this could’ve been avoided if they had told me and apologized when picked up the sud, maybe offered me a cookie, is that so hard?
